OUR STORY
The concept for The Posh Plum started when the Owners, Hollie and Katie, realized the need for a dancewear store and children's boutique in the New Braunfels area. Their goal was to open a store that provided a wide variety of dancewear styles and brands to accommodate all of the local dance studios and teams, as well as a fun eclectic selection of children's clothing in various styles to meet the wants and needs of the customer. Both Hollie and Katie are excited to be serving the community with their combined knowledge in dancewear and children's clothing needs. They are very excited for their recent move to the Gruene Historic District, and can't wait to serve the New Braunfels community and the out-of-town visitors that help our city thrive!

Teaching and sharing her love of dance has always been a passion of Katie’s. She began teaching and choreographing at the age of 18, and continues to do so today. She has used this passion to open her own studio, and develop a fun, challenging, and educational curriculum for the studio’s classes. Katie still enjoys teaching at her studio, and helping her students develop their own love of dance. Katie and her husband, Travis, have two children, Andrew and Adelyn, and they enjoy spending time with them and traveling as a family. Katie is also very excited to be providing local dancers and children with a great variety of dancewear and children's clothing. It is her passion to serve others in any capacity, and she has thoroughly enjoyed doing so through Posh In Gruene.
